At Adhreline, we understand that adventure planning involves significant time, training, and anticipation. We also know that the elements don't always cooperate. Because we’ve been in your hiking boots (and harnesses), we’ve designed a cancellation policy that protects both your passion and your pocket. If an activity is cancelled or your plans shift, our trekker-friendly terms ensure you spend less time worrying about refunds and more time planning your next comeback.

At Adhreline, safety is our absolute priority. In rare situations, activities may be cancelled due to Force Majeure Events such as continuous rain, snowstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, wildlife movement, political unrest, curfews, lockdowns, or government orders.
In such cases, an Adhreline Voucher will be issued for the full activity amount, excluding non-refundable insurance or processing fees. These vouchers are typically valid for one year, allowing flexibility to rebook or explore other activities.
Please note that adventure activities require a certain level of physical fitness. If a participant is unable to complete an activity due to personal fitness or exhaustion after the activity has started, no refund will be provided, as resources have already been allocated.
We strongly encourage all users to review fitness requirements carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
